We have abolished the Privy Council.
Our final Appeals will now before a New Zealand based Court. A few appeals can still be heard but ONLY if their original hearing were before 2003.
A new Court is being re-furbished within the old High Court Buildings in Wellington.
The current temporary office is in the current Court of Appeal Building in Molesworth Street, Wellington.
