My ex husband has custody of our 3 children aged 13 and a half, 11 year old and 12 year old. I would like to know at what age she can make a choice of whom she wishes to live with?

With these childrens' ages their views will certainly be taken into account. A lawyer will be appointed to represent the children and that lawyer MUST ascertain accurately the wishes of the children.
