2001 – Injury Prevention Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 
The latest proposed changes to ACC legislation are contained in the Injury Prevention Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2001. Most of the provisions in this Act which took effect from 1 April 2002.
The Act maintains current entitlements and other provisions and includes:
