If you have been disqualified you may wish to apply for a limited licence.
First of all, it is important to see whether you are entitled to be granted a limited licence.
If you have been disqualified . . . .
for a charge of driving while disqualified or
for driving contrary to the terms of an existing limited licence or
if you have been disqualified indefinitely under the Land Transport Act 1998, or
if you have a previous similar conviction within the previous five years or
if you have been disqualified indefinitely under Section 30A of the old Transport Act or Section 65 of the new Act.
