APPLYING TO GET YOUR LICENCE BACK

 

In this site we will give you what you need to know about applying to have the balance of any period of disqualification you are serving removed.  

 

We will give you all the tips, the procedure and the documents to consider seriously doing the job yourself, or at least doing all of the preliminary work.

 

But we must tell you that the people who can apply have been very much restricted through and Amendment to the Land Transport Act which came into force on 16 January 2006.

"Dear Netlaw . . . it was really helpful to realise the difficultes in getting suppression of name and to get some of the caselaw. It allowed me to prepare a lot better.
