On this site we will give you everything you need to know about limited licences, including documents.

We will provide you with the full procedure together with helpful tips.

We will also give you four sets of examples of the documents that you need to prepare and file in Court.

DO IT YOURSELF

We will tell you how to obtain the consent of the Police and how to appear in Court yourself.  You can do it yourself.  Save a thousand dollars.  Because that is what it usually costs.

We recently received out of the blue a letter of thanks from a client of this Website who followed our instructions and saved himself $1000.  This is a genuine letter.  We have only changed his name at his request.  Have a look at it through the direct link below :

If you have been disqualified you may wish to apply for a limited licence.

First of all, it is important to see whether you are entitled to be granted a limited licence.

If you have been disqualified .   .   .   .

  • for a charge of driving while disqualified or
  • for driving contrary to the terms of an existing limited licence or
  • if you have been disqualified indefinitely under the Land Transport Act 1998, or
  • if you have a previous similar conviction within the previous five years or
  • if you have been disqualified indefinitely under Section 30A of the old Transport Act or Section 65 of the new Act.

"WOW . . . a great site. This topic alone is worth the entry fee. I also did my own will and had it checked by a lawyer neighbour and he said it was perfectly OK. Matt G."
"I agree heaps. I actually followed this topic to the letter and got my limited licencemyself. It took a couple of weeks but reckon it could be done in a week. Everything you said happened. The cops were good and the judge was very nice. I only had to mumble "thank you". Noel G.
